Our center offers a wide variety of martial arts, dance and fitness classes for all age groups and needs.


Tae Kwon Do translates literally to “the way of kicking with feet and striking of hands.” As with most translations, this is somewhat of a simplification.


The major purpose of training with weapons is to teach the difference between life and death. This comes about when a person realizes just how lethal weapons are.

Black Dragon Self-defense

The concepts and philosophies found through Black Dragon training will provide new way of looking at life’s challenges. They will help you to deal with situations in whole new way.

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

This martial art emphasizes getting an opponent to the ground in order to use ground fighting techniques and submission holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds.


Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

Belly Dancing

Unlike many Western dance forms, the focus of the dance is on relaxed, natural isolations of the torso muscles, rather than on movements of the limbs through space.
